It’s no surprise now that people are using meditation to elevate their businesses, find personal power, and become all around more successful.
We see it time and time again from sports teams like The Seattle Seahawks, to mega CEO’s of companies like Aetna Healthcare to celebrities like Russell Simmons and Madonna, who have all achieved more due to finding their inner peace and clarity.
But it’s not just meditation that gets them there. It seems that most of these people use plenty of mind-body-spirit tools to get on that path to success.
And with so many out there, it’s hard to know which ones are the truest ones. Mostly, we all want to know which ones deliver that ancient knowledge the best.
What is it that can allow us to feel true peace and happiness?
Harvard psychologists in a recent study on presence titled A Wandering Mind is an Unhappy Mind wrote in the journal Science about the results: ”A human mind is a wandering mind and a wandering mind is an unhappy mind. The ability to think about what is not happening is a cognitive achievement that comes at an emotional cost.”
And most yogis agree with scholars that finding presence is what can lead to enlightenment.
You may have heard this quote from Yogananda, the guru and author of the acclaimed Autobiography of a Yogi, (what Steve Jobs requested be handed out at his funeral):

“A genuine smile distributes the cosmic current, prana, to every body cell. The happy man is less subject to disease, for happiness actually attracts into the body a greater supply of the universal life energy.”
So this genuine smile, this happiness from being present, can also keep you super healthy…at every body cell.
And who doesn’t want that?
The tools that can help us achieve true presence and control of prana within the body seem to go beyond traditional meditation then, allowing for a more abundance and prosperity once we open that energy.
These 3 power ‘P’s are what are essentially the key components of success.
So what are these tools?
